Account Deletion
This page explains how Porotective users can request deletion of an account and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Use the contact button above to open your email client.
- Send the request from the email tied to your Porotective account.
- Include your request details so we can verify ownership before deleting account data.
Data We Delete
- Account profile data (email, region, platform, preferences).
- Gameplay and progress data linked to your account.
- Waitlist records linked to the same account email, when applicable.
Data We May Retain
- Deletion request and completion records for up to 30 days for security and fraud prevention.
- Security, fraud, and abuse-prevention logs for up to 90 days.
- Billing or transaction records, when required by law, for up to 7 years.
Deletion Timeline
After we verify your request, we target deletion from active systems within 30 days. Backup copies are removed on a rolling schedule and may take up to 90 additional days.
